Are YOU ready to do the Time Warp again? Come join us for the 7th
annual Shadow Cast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, presented by the
Henry Konstantinow Theatre Series! Running every October, Rocky Horror
functions as the biggest fundraiser for the Henry Konstantinow Theatre
Series, and an excuse for a great time!
What is a shadow cast? A shadow cast is an ensemble of artists that
act out the movie while it is playing. They also serve as the
catalysts for the audience cues to participate in callbacks and use
their props.
What can I expect? A phenomenal shadow cast, virgin initiations and
games at pre-show and…. audience participation, and lots of it!
Audience members are encouraged to shout out call-outs and use the
props in their “Rocky Horror Survival Kit” (available for purchase at
the door). Please note that while this event is STRICTLY 18+, there
is a bar on site that will be open to our 21+ guests; be sure to bring
your ID as you cannot get in the door without it.
The Henry Konstantinow Theatre Series is a non-profit theatre
organization at NKU, created to promote an open artist space for
students to explore artistically within the realm of theatre and
expand their craft. Every show we do is entirely student led, student
directed, and student produced. All the proceeds from Rocky Horror go
towards our financial support of shows, whether that be helping
students pay for their rights, costuming, or set design. We are also
proud to announce that in the 2022-2023 season, we established the
Brian Robertson Arts Accessibility Grant, which allows prospective
directors to apply for additional funds to help cover any remaining
costs for their production, keeping the Henry an accessible, inclusive
space to all. You can follow us and the work that we do
